Making a booking
You can book online, by email or by WhatsApp. Online bookings generate an immediate reference number and a summary of everything you have selected.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your safari. The exact percentage is shown during checkout and on your invoice.
Balance
The balance is due by the date shown on your invoice. If it is not received by then we may release your booking and the deposit may be forfeited.
Proof of payment
For bank transfers, please upload your proof of payment in the client portal or email it to us so we can confirm quickly.
Group sizes
Each safari lists a minimum and maximum group size. Where a minimum is not reached we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
Children
Children are welcome on most of our safaris. Age restrictions, where they apply, are shown on the safari page.
