Joining a scheduled small-group tour (4–8 guests) or a larger group overland departure (8–12+ guests) significantly reduces the per-person cost, because fixed expenses — vehicle rental, fuel, cross-border permits and professional driver-guide fees — are divided across more travellers. The estimated saving against a private tour is about 25–30%.

Rates are per-person estimates for each travel style. We quote them in EUR; when you choose another currency they are converted at our current exchange rates. Your final price is confirmed in a written quotation.
Travel with other guests on a scheduled departure (4–8+ guests), sharing the safari vehicle and the guide. Because the fixed costs are shared, this is the lower per-person rate in every travel style.
Travel on your own dates with a vehicle and guide just for your party. Private rates are quoted for 1–2 guests, in the same travel styles as the group tours.
A custom 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser or Toyota Hilux double-cab convoy with an extended body and pop-up roof for optimal game viewing, and a window seat for every passenger.
A safari-converted Toyota Quantum or customised overland truck with individual passenger seats, large sliding windows, a PA system and built-in fridge and coolboxes.
Group departures can run on fixed calendar dates — for example every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month — once a minimum of 4 guests is confirmed. Ask us which dates are open for your tour.
Solo travellers joining a group departure who would like a private tent or lodge room pay a single supplement. The amount for each tour and travel style is listed in the rate comparison.
