Cancellation by you
Cancellations must be sent to us in writing. The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are shown on the safari page and repeated on your confirmation. As a general guide:
- More than 30 days before departure — deposit refundable less any unrecoverable supplier costs
- 29 to 15 days before departure — deposit forfeited
- 14 days or fewer — full amount payable
Cancellation by us
If we have to cancel your safari for reasons within our control we will offer you an alternative date, an alternative safari or a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period. Bank charges and non-refundable supplier deposits may be deducted.
Insurance
Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended and will usually cover you where our policy cannot.
