When a refund applies
Refunds are considered where a safari is cancelled by us, where a service that was paid for could not be delivered, or where our cancellation policy provides for one.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the original currency, less any bank charges and non-recoverable supplier costs.
Timing
Please allow a reasonable processing period. We will confirm in writing once a refund has been actioned on our side.
